A CEO’s Guide to Improving Performance

When was the last time you spent time becoming a better CEO? Come join the CEOs of some of Austin’s premier companies in an educational series on building a world class company. This series is designed for the CEO with a successful growing business looking for the tools to maximize value and increase company performance. Created for CEOs of growing companies, this is not a startup class but a chance to learn from and network with other accomplished CEOs.

All the classes will be led by Joel Trammell, a 20-year veteran of the CEO position.  Joel is the current CEO of Khorus and the former CEO of Blackbox, NetQoS and Cache IQ. The class size will be limited. Each session will be over a provided lunch (starting session 2) and last an hour and a half with lecture and discussion mixed together.

During the first session you will receive a signed copy of The CEO Tightrope, Joel’s book about the job of a CEO.
